OK so for me it's now 3 hours into Thursday, but to celebrate GMT, have an Avro Lancaster. You're welcome.

Favourite WWII movie ever, The Dambusters and the bouncing bomb. It's amazing the ingenuity of people when their backs are against the wall.

I really need to upload my Air museum pics. I was in Hamilton to see the other one this summer before they flew to England. I was afraid I would never see it again, so I made a point of going.

It's a remarkable airframe. Such a shame that there's only two left. I'm jealous that you've seen one in person, I've only seen them fly overhead.

They were doing a teardown on the engines in preparation for the trip to Blighty,so no tours. My Wife did a tour in it when she was younger. It is an awesome plane to behold. The B25 they have looks cool to. In all it wasn't a huge place, but it was still pretty awesome and worth the visit.
I also have seen some minor news about another one being resurrected here in Windsor, On. Not alot about it, just that they are trying to get one together.
